As a responsible company committed to creating a safe and positive community for all users, especially young people, CirkleUp fully supports and actively implements the Child Safety Standards Policy required by Google Play and the App Store. This policy is a critical step in ensuring that apps meet the highest standards for protecting children and young people.

Users can report harmful or development-impairing content directly within the app in just a few clicks. All reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team.
We respect the privacy of all users and ensure that no personal data is collected from children without the explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians.
Registration on CirkleUp is only possible for users aged 13 and above. Any subsequent change to a registered age requires verification by our support team, including submission of a scanned ID. If we become aware of incorrect age information, the account will be blocked immediately.
Users under 13 cannot access chat features, including sending and receiving chat requests or messages.
Moderation System
Our moderation system, featuring a high number of moderators and fast response times, ensures that harmful or development-impairing content is removed promptly and does not remain publicly visible.
No Gambling or Gambling-Like Content
CirkleUp does not permit gambling, betting, loot boxes, or any gambling-like content on the platform.
Channel Search Restrictions
We intentionally restrict searches for channels on sensitive topics that could contain harmful content, to limit access for minors.
Blocking Channels for Minors
We maintain a list of channels containing potentially harmful content. Users who indicate they are under 13 during registration will not have access to these channels.
Images and Videos
Our AI-powered system reviews all images and videos before publication and blocks inappropriate content automatically. We are committed to removing content unsuitable for children and young people from our platform.
